Hi, I'm trying to write a little video player in XNA, but when I load an avi the colors are erratic.

Also, I can't add a border to the video because I can't seem to get the dimensions of the video after I load it.

Is this a problem with the video? vlc and wmp can play it fine, but I don't mind converting it to a format usable by scurvy.
